Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, all seasoning sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or perishable food items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Digital products, including recipe eBooks and downloadable guides, are non-refundable once delivered.
